How to observe and adjust body, mood, and language to tune your presence.
Commences: Monday, November 23, 2026
How you show up in your role directly impacts how others respond to you.
In everyday interactions, people are constantly reading what they can see and hear — your tone of voice, your posture, your pace, and how you use language. From this, they form a sense of your confidence, clarity, and authority.
Leadership presence is often treated as something you either have or don’t. In practice, it is shaped by how you are in the moment, and how that shows up in your body, mood, and language.
This is not about putting something on or performing confidence. It is about becoming more aware of how you show up and developing practices that allow you to shift your presence in ways that are real and sustainable.
Over time, this work develops how you show up as a leader — so your presence supports clear communication, appropriate authority, and more effective coordination.
Leadership presence is not something you have — it is how you are and how others experience how you are.
